Callie and Emily are first and foremost friends. We also happen to be sisters in law and the co-owners of The Marcato Group. Our real estate experience spans from residential new builds to multi-family apartment renovations. Callie is an experienced designer and Emily is a licensed residential and commercial General Contractor. We share your passion and expectations of excellence in every project that we do.
In music the term "Marcato" means that notes are played "distinctively" and with separation (i.e. set apart) and we think this suits our way of doing business just perfectly. We believe that through a beautiful design, meticulous craftsmanship, and seamless communication our clients will feel like part of the family and come to us for all of their design and construction needs!
Callie Loewen
Callie has spent the last 8 years building a career in real estate with a focus on design. From coordinating with builders on ground-up builds to assisting clients with putting the perfect finishing touches on their forever homes, she brings a practical knowledge of the design process that makes projects move along seamlessly. She loves traveling, writing, and cheering on the Nashville Predators hockey team.
Emily Loewen
Emily serves as the licensed General Contractor for The Marcato Group. She has over 4 years of experience managing construction projects of all sizes from residential to the commercial space. Prior to making the jump into the real estate world, she was a project manager in the Healthcare Industry for 6 years. Originally from Arkansas, she attended Oklahoma State University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing. She is happy to call Nashville home and in her spare time she loves to travel, play golf, cheer on the Nashville Predators, and spend time with her Goldendoodle Danby.
I bought a 60's ranch, and Marcato turned it into a home with a modern farmhouse feel. It is comfortable, and very functional!!! I am thrilled with the outcome, and Marcato!
